GENERAL VALLEY

Valley is a real-world gaming platform built to bring competitive play back into shared spaces. By connecting arcade cabinets, web and mobile games, and live venues into a single ecosystem, Valley rewards skill, presence, and participation.

Players compete on global leaderboards, earn real-world rewards, and turn gameplay into value while venues, developers, and communities all share in the upside.

Valley arcade cabinets and games record gameplay and performance across our network. Playing in-person at a Valley cabinet earns higher rewards, encouraging real-world participation and local competition. Rewards, validation, and reporting are powered by blockchain technology behind the scenes, while players simply play, compete, and earn.

You earn Tickets by competing in leaderboard play on the Valley network. Every leaderboard-enabled game session records your performance and ranks it against other players. All leaderboard placements earn tickets, with higher placements earning more.

 

Playing in person at a Valley arcade cabinet earns the most Tickets, rewarding real-world participation. Tickets are earned based on skill and performance, not luck or gambling.

To earn Tickets, you must be playing in leaderboard mode, which costs 5 tickets per play. New accounts are seeded with starter tickets so players can begin competing immediately. Tickets emit once per day.

Tickets are currently primarily used to enter leaderboard play. Each leaderboard game costs 5 tickets, and strong performance earns significantly more tickets in return.

 

In the future, tickets will also be spendable across the Valley ecosystem marketplace. This will include access to digital collectibles, in-game assets, tournaments, and other competitive experiences. At TGE, tickets will convert 1:1 into $Valley, preserving the value of your gameplay and progression.

Rewards are instant, in-venue payouts.
When you play on a Valley arcade cabinet, rewards are issued immediately to your account and can be redeemed on site for things like food, drinks, or venue perks. This is what we call within our team “the Pizza and Beer Fund”. Rewards are designed for real-world use and real-time gratification, turning gameplay directly into value at the place you are playing.


Tickets are competitive, network-level currency.
Tickets track your performance across the Valley network and power global leaderboards, rankings, and long-term progression. Tickets live online, and will be redeemable for ecosystem perks, skins, PFPs, NFTS, and even merch. When Valley reaches TGE (Token Generation event), tickets will convert 1:1 into $Valley, linking your historical gameplay and skill directly to the broader ecosystem. 


In short: Rewards are instant and local. Tickets are persistent and global.

Reward availability and expiration are set by individual venues. Any limits or rules are clearly shown before redemption. Rewards are claimed by logging into, or creating a Valley account.

While rewards must be used within the time period allocated at some venues, they are redeemable at any participating valley venue. Online valley tickets never expire, and will convert to $VALLEY once we hit TGE. 

You can play Valley games without an account, but to collect rewards and track your leaderboard scores, you will need a Valley account. We make signup simple with single sign-on, one click and you are in.

Tickets are emitted once per day, typically around 9:00 PM Eastern Time, after gameplay is recorded and validated. Your plays are tracked in real time, but tickets are credited to your Valley account in a daily batch.

 

There is no manual claiming process and no setup required. You play, your results are logged, and your tickets appear.

Valley is skill-based. Performance, scores, and participation determine outcomes, not chance.

Yes. Valley is designed for a wide range of venues, including family entertainment centers. Individual venues control which rewards are offered and how they are redeemed.

However, you must be 18 to have a Valley Games account.

You can play casually without setting anything up, but creating a Valley account allows you to track tickets, leaderboards, and rewards across locations and devices.

You can play Valley Arcade Games online for free! However, if you want to place on the leaderboard, the webarcade costs 5 Tickets. When you open an account, we seed your account to get you going! 

The Arcade Cabinet cost is determined by the venue, but usually approx. $0.25 per play.

Your progress carries with you. Scores, tickets, and rankings follow your Valley identity across all participating venues and games.

Gameplay is recorded and validated at the system level. This ensures fair competition, accurate leaderboards, and legitimate rewards.

Valley is a platform, not a single game. Multiple games, developers, and experiences can exist within the same network.

Valley cabinets drive foot traffic, increase dwell time, and turn gameplay into in-venue spending through instant rewards, helping venues create repeat customers, stronger community engagement, and measurable new revenue without adding operational complexity.

Valley is a turnkey arcade platform that places modern, connected arcade cabinets into real-world venues to drive foot traffic, increase dwell time, and boost in-venue spending through play. Our cabinets use modern, networked technology to create interconnected, verified, and validated ecosystems.

No. Valley owns and operates all cabinets. There is no upfront cost, no hardware purchase, and no lease fee for venues.

Venues earn a 50% revenue split on gameplay generated by Valley cabinets in their space. There is no financial risk. When customers play, both Valley and the venue earn.

Valley uses a proprietary payment and accounting system built directly into the cabinets. Every coin drop, tap, or swipe is counted in real time and automatically split into predefined buckets:

  • Valley’s platform share
  • The venue’s revenue share
  • The player rewards pool
  • Developer share

This split happens instantly at the system level, removing manual tracking, estimates, or reconciliation errors, and all logs are validated on-chain by our node network.

Cabinets connect local play to global leaderboards. Players return to improve rank, compete with friends, and earn Tickets. This increases repeat visits and dwell time.

Player rewards are issued instantly to their Valley account and redeemed in-venue. Valley manages all reward tracking, validation, and reporting, so venues do not need to administer or monitor rewards manually.

No. Venues interact with Valley like a traditional arcade system. All blockchain-related infrastructure exists only in the background and is never required for venue staff to manage.

Venues receive clear, daily reports in their account dashboard, showing total gameplay, revenue earned, rewards redeemed, and net payouts. Payments are settled based on the agreed revenue split, with full transparency.

Yes. Venues control which rewards are offered and how they are redeemed, allowing alignment with their menu, brand, and audience.
